You will work with a dedicated partner to answer any question you have and assist with any issues that come up. This includes prioritized email, phone and text support. Additionally, we will offer a strategic review of your campaign before you go live to ensure you are optimized for success.

The process

Kickoff Zoom call

We will start off with an introduction of your organization, understanding history, mission, fundraising objectives and donor base. We will then give an overview and walkthrough of the BetterWorld platform, from a user point of view and an administrator point of view, highlighting key features and best practices. Finally, we will answer any specific questions that you have and demonstrate how to perform key activities to get you going.

Pre-launch review

When all items are added and you are ready to launch, we will go and do a thorough pre-launch review and make suggestions for any improvements to best optimize the performance of your campaign.

Post-campaign check-in

When the auction is finished and you are ready to closeout, we will give you an overview of the charging and fulfillment processso that payment processing and fulfillment go as smoothly as possible.

Throughout the campaign

When questions come up as you are setting up the campaign or when you are live, you have access to your dedicated partner via phone, email and text. We are here to support you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and successful campaign.
